hey

i downloaded 2142 last night on ea downloader expecting to be able to play the fucker, but after it finished downloading i get a message telling me i need to wait another 7 fukin days

is there any way to access these files an install the game?

or do we all just have to wait

i gave ea £35 i want to play my fucking game

It's only £29.99 on EA Downloader as well, EA lowered their price and you will be receiving a refund of the difference.

And it's not like EA made a secret of the game not being able to be installed until the 17th. Every announcement they have made has quite clearly stated that this was an opportunity to preload the game ready for installation. If you didn't get it, that's not EA's fault so stop bashing them.

Well, my idea was to set the bios clock to the game release date or a day ahead, and unplug your netrowk cord. Or you could just go find the install file in your EA downloader folder. It will be in one of the cache files.

Uhm, in the EULA-ish thing, it mentions if you set your computer clock forward and try to activate, EA will fuck you over and you'll have to deal with customer service to get your game working.
