Can you earn the badges/ribbons or medals of BF2 also in BF2:SF and otherwise?

you CAN earn fx: Basic assault bagde in special forces (and I dont mean basic assault specialist!).. the normal BF2 badges CAN be earned in SF. that much i know.. dunno about the SF awards.. most of them are spesific for the teams you play in SF.. the only SF badge I can imagine getting in BF2 is tactical support - if you throw 10 flashbangs IAR.. dunno if that is possible to get in regular BF2. But I can find out one of the next days - one of my friends is thinking of buying SF.

yes..you can get all of the vanilla BF2 awards in SF(not the airplane ones) but not the other way around...
i got the repair badge in sf.
