I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask but heck its tech forum so audio should also belong here right?
Anyway, lately I am looking for buying a new headphone which is wireless. I do not care too much for the noise canceling since I am in a very quiet environment to begin with anyway. Also I am willing to pay up to $300 (absolute maximum). I do not want headset (I hate them... I have a USB microphone which has much better recording values than any headset that can be compared to.) since I have a separate microphone.
I've been looking at SONY MDR-DS6000 and it seemed to be a pretty good choice for me right now, and here begins my questions.
#1: Is it possible to use this with my Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Sound Card?
#2: Is is possible to use it on my laptop (or any other devices) which only has normal headphone jack?
#3: What is your opinion about this product in general?
I will also receive some recommendation of wireless headphones which is within the boundaries which I have set in the second paragraph (which is pretty broad I presume).
EDIT: Added something about headset
