Terminator 2 is clearly the best.
3 paved the way for T4 but with Arnie gov. of California and James Cameron saying he's doing no more Terminator movies, it'll probably never happen.
It'd probably focus more on humans vs machines instead of the whole John Connor and Terminator thing which would be pretty cool.
Driving in the gunner seat of a FAV whilst being chased by a choper on BF2 always reminds me of Terminator

Well 2 was the best for me,must of watched it a hundred times,just love all the cheesy arnie quotes in that movie.
The first was good for kyle reece (micheal behn) and also for when arnie takes his eye out with a scapel,that gave me nightmares for a few weeks when i was 10.
