Good afternoon,
I'm tehmoogles, my IGN being MogoftheMoogles. Please, check it out, as it is the whole point of this post. As you can see, the stats are the shittiest of the shit. I'd like to enquire, would it be worth making a new account, or should I just carry on and try to up my ratio? Also, any tips on Ratio building are appreciated.

With that kind of deficit, it takes a LONG time to correct the numbers. Take it from me, I know

This is my one and only account.... and you can see how pathetic I look on paper! I am doing better now than the numbers suggest, but still have a long way to go!

ha ha, your worst enemies are RockWhore and German_Penetrator! Where have you been playing - "EA PornServer Ranked". Cool, a server where the only bunnies are playboy ladies... mmmm... oops, sorry getting carried away.

Seriously, your stats look OK ish. Not the best in the world, but then again when we start, no-one's stats are until they get used to the game and the maps. Besides isnt the point of the game to enjoy yourself, not just increase your stats?

Meh, dont bother. Continue with your old account. Will be good to see how much you are improving over time.

OK. Any tips? I recently discovered just how kickass the SAW and Pump-shotguns are. Should I improve on that? Also, I have a fairly high ping (often 200 or more). It hurts to live in Cyprus.

if you get a new account, at least you wont do as bad as when you first start off, you will be used to the game!

go on, create a new one!!

its up to you really, personally, i would stick to the current one you have and take it as a challenge to try to improve. its really satisfiying to see you ratios improve!
i started out really badly and my stats suffered, but now slowly but surely my k/d ration is nearing 1...
just look my my stats.....

Yeah, I'd agree on sticking it out with your current account.  There is more pride in knowing that you turned it around and you can track your improvement this way as well.

Stick with it, thats what i did 2 months ago when i was worth crap on the game and now I'm a fairly decent player.  Just to prove that look at mine.  I like the pump action shotguns, but dont do anything with the M249, unless you are a foot away from your target.  My recommendation is if you like support get the MG36, it's a monster.

You want to throw away 60+ hours just so you can have a higher K ratio? Why are you so obsessed with the stats would be my question? For me, I enjoy working towards the different awards. As far as I know there is only 1 award that becomes more difficult with bad stats - the War College Ribbon, which requires a 3:1 win/loss ratio. But, by starting over, you would be throwing away the 60 hours you have already invested, and many more awards are tied to time than anything else.

I used to have a K ratio that was less than 1, but have worked at it and now it's at about 1.2. Not the best, but I kill more people than I get killed.

I say not a new account.

My stats are terrible too, but with the time it will be raise much better. Its not shameful to have some bad stats, there are many good players in Battlefield.

I had that kind of thought a while back, but mine wasn't so bad as yours. I think mine was 0.70 in the K/D ratio, but look at mine now

If you create a new account, hold it off until you are confident enough that you can consistantly score positive ratios. Creating a new account and ending up with the same stats just wont be fun.
