Actually it DOES affect everyone. Because some people stat pad means you'll always have a lower place on the leader boards. I know you may not care, but some people like seeing their names high up on the leader boards after working hard to legitimately get there. It's impossible with the stat padders around.
No to mention the fact that those 3 slots in a server could have been filled with people who would have actually played and contributed to making the game fun.

It's okay, I enjoy embarrassing higher ranks during game play when they realize they are only good at stat-padding.
I haven't seen any stat padders in the last five months that I've played.
I've only encountered a couple of incidents in my entire 'career'.
Maybe I just know what servers to play on.

I'm a pro stat padder, everytime I go on a ranked server, I try to obtain the most amounts of deaths...
