random sea hawk combustion

ok i was playing mashtuur cits and i stole the sea hawk from south gas station after i capped the flag wile flying the rest of my squad spawned on me i flew over the artillery guns and then magicly the sea hawk blew up and killed my whole squad so i look to the top to c what got me and it was artillery. we were flying at 100 ft (aproximetly) so wtf iv hoverd over arty befor when it was firing but i never died. it reall pissed me off so i went as spec ops and blew ther arty and uav trailer up after

well, i know IRL the USMC uses seahawks but the one in the game is a black hawk isnt it? the tail blades are different on the seahaw and just overall looks different.

The arti fires it projectiles up...
If you fly over them while it fires, or if it fires you have a good chance of collecting a shell.
Same rule applies at the other end (where the arti is aimed) if you in a plane, heli and fly through it you can get struck.

there is a difference between them, UH-60 is a blackhawk and SH-60 is a seahawk, they are slighty different in design too.

it's not a sea hawk. First sea hawks don't even have room for 6 people. They have the space for the sonar ejection slots 1, the nav operator station takes up most of the cargo space, Sea hawks have more radar and sondar dectors on the nose enabling a "bumpy" look compared to the smotthness of a UH-60 (black hawk) and last MAJOR way to tell is all sea hawks have a big flat circle thingy on the bottom to see the lil' sonary bouy things when there looknig for them, as well as different intakes. in short there are many types of hawks main 3 are the UH MH and HH -60's

Black Hawk + 155mm howitzer = pain.

I have done it several times as commander. It is like aiming, they have to be in the right spot to get shot.

Wrong, the Seahawk is designated as S-70B, but it's variations come as SH-60B, SH-60R, SH-60F and HH-60H.

The HH-60H can carry up to 12 people. 4 crew and 8 infantry.

And a Sea Hawk is a SAR/RECON vehicle, the Black Hawk is a fire support platform, and the Battlehawk is just hell on rotors.

Take a look at the landing gear on the tail of the aircraft. The black hawk has a stationary wheel at the end of the tail as does the chopper in the game. The sea hawk has a pair of wheels closer to the cabin and I believe they are hydroulic(sp?). Plus the chopper in the game has been named blackhawk, and we all know there are tons of variants of the hawk family of helicopters so lets just leave it at that.

Bernadictus, the Seahawk IS designated as the SH-60. The S-70B would just be a variant or type of Seahawk. Technically Im still correct by calling it an SH-60.
