- If only there were brakes on the jeeps..
I'd use it more for avoiding teammates who think touching your bumper at 60MPH means "LOL FREE 1337 POINTS".
You can Already Drift in the FAV's pretty good if you ask me..
You Are Posting Alot Today
Or for other Jeeps who think that playing chicken involves punishing for tks.k30dxedle wrote:

No.
As someone has pointed out, it's already kind of possible to drift in the FAV especially, the DPV to a lesser extent. Takes a bit of practice, but I can do it most times I try.
Drifting pwns.
I drift all the time. Was going to make a video, but fraps sucks the FPS right out of my graphics card.
I found you can slide side to side but not drift, as in hold it on one side and just drift, i think a handbrake as breaks are already on your jeeps would be a good addition to th game.

~ Do you not know that in the service … one must always choose the lesser of two weevils?
I'd be drifting all the time! I hate the brakes, they take like 2 seconds to kick in, then 3 seconds to come to a stop.
Then I'd put on a bodykit and scissor doors and a carbon fiber hood and an HKS intercooler and a borla exhaust system and... hehe

You guys should try to drift arround corners in Jalalabad, its seriously fun. Get wide enough and you can slide a DPV right through alot of areas, in true drifting style (not just turning rapidly side to side).
On wake island when i'm playing as PLA, I drift all around the airfield and buildings in the FAV for atleast 6mins at the begining of the round . So much fun.LT.Victim wrote:

use WASD like the rest of us!
or try train your brain to control your character like i do.
There's no E-brake though, to truly drift.
Thats pretty much what this whole thread is about and has discussed.ryan_14 wrote:

Here's some info that may help:BigmacK wrote:

Guys, using the handbrake (despite what you have seen in the Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift) isn't the only/best way to drift! Pushing into a corner, then giving the engine a little extra throttle can be enough to spin the rear wheels.
It's much better than the handbrake method.

nah! Only people who are scared of changing the homosexual defaults use WASD. real men use Arrows. also joysticks are gay.... keyboard only all the way.spawnofthemist wrote:

Drifting is lame.
