I want a Mic so I can communicate with squad members and such. Can someone recommend one? I'm not looking for something expensive and I don't need headphones.

mate, jst go down to your local EB store and get one, its not that difficult. All microphones do the job and u probably could pick a good mic for around $20-$30.
I've heard BF2 has trouble with USB microphones though, so just to be safe I'd get one that uses the input port in your sound card.

Like someone said before, any cheap ol mic will do. I have like a $10 mic that has been working since 2002-2003. The cord is all ripped up, same batteries from back then, yet people hear me clearly in bf2. $10=]

I have 2 mics on the pc, one on the eyetoy and one on my headset. My headset cost £3 and it works perfectley
Buddy really use headphones with a mic on them ,cuts out any chance of haveing feedback/distortion and they are alot more clearer and easier to use imho .

Using a usb is slower ... use an anolog ... just pick up one form a local store ($10-20 us). If you were asking about headphone it would be a different story.
