Does anyone know of a program that will record just whats on your screen rather than just games like FRAPS?

SnapIt (i think that's what it's called) is the tool most professionals use to create tutorial videos for software and stuff. I think there's a trial version, but getting your hands on a full shouldn't be too hard. It's great as it works on individual windows, or your whole screen, or whatever you want it to work on.
