Well it's not really run by EA Employee's if thats what you're kind of expecting. EA's F.A.Q even explicitly says their job isn't to 'police' the servers, but any violations of their terms of service, can be reported through the people who manage the ranked servers. Official partners of EA Ranked Servers are for example, Nvidia, who lease administration slots out to people, in tiers of 3 levels.
I shouldn't say lease, because those admins on ranked servers (Official) dont get paid. But yeah, the admins there and stuff you report them to arnt EA employees or anything, they're like you and me, and their trusted in a sense, and they'll quickly have their privliges revoked should they violate strict rules.
But back to the point, I belive the Level 3's can report such incidents to higher ups if its severe, and possibly have a system of contacting 3rd party ranked server leasers to report them to EA and stuff.. if that makes sense?
I dont know the fine details but it works like that, thats why it doesn't seem official. And if your case is minor, it's going to take awhile for anything to really happen.
