Dance? I don't remeber hearing anything about a dance. But it is said that by spotting a dead enemy with the commo rose you can taunt(laugh) at the victim.

According to this thread, if you press the enemy spotted button on a dead enemy, you'll do a verbal taunt. I don't know if this works, but its worth a try.
