Mmmm K, so the demo was not running smooth for me but I put that down to just issues with that, surely they wouldnt cause issues in the real game...... Apparantly they do, I just finished the ea downloader and installed, put the patch in, got in and within about 3 minute's it breaks down and I get that blue screen saying there was an error. Also, the game isnt fully rendered, I get huge black spot's here there and everywhere and my spotting thing text goes black to. Choppy play after a bit then again, it will crash. I remember when I got the new graphics card (ati x1300) bf2 had the same kind of issue, but after I updated the driver's it calmed down and ran fine on a sort of medium setting for smooth game play. I am running 2142 on medium with a few low's and on 1024x768, so it isnt exactly the hardest settings to run, and yet its failing so badly. According to windows defender I have no viruses, norton scan doesnt turn up any result's, so I find myself thinking, WTF IS WRONG!!!!!!??????
The machine is about 2 and half years old so it is nearing the end of it's life with me, but I really dont wanna have to by a new machine till the vista capable machine's are in ready supply and for half descent price's.

Any idea's guys? Any help? It's doing my friggen head in and I lack any patience what so ever. Do hurry in any help before this thing goes in the fuckin river!
