500x200 is the maximum I believe, and to make one go Profile, Personality and enter whatever you want in the box.
To add an image, copy the link to the image and add tags (eg: [img]link[/img] like that)

To upload a image and put it in your sig read this--> http://reg.imageshack.us/content.php?page=faq where it says "How do I upload images?"Signatures: No nudity, total height of your sig(s) should be under 250px, and keep the total file size under 150 kilobytes.
