Just what is the difference between the little chevron icon and the chevron with the circle around it? I always thought that just the chevron meant a server was ranked. Any help? Haha.

The rank icon with a circle around it means the server is rank restricted, no one over the 10th rank can join. So basically they are n00b servers.
