Solider Merit Ribbon question

The criteria says best kill streak : 10
IAR 20 kills.

So... if i have 4x Distinguished Combat Efficiency pins which are kill streak of 10 or greater how have i not met the 10 best kill streak requirement for the ribbon? bug? or faulty criteria listing?

You need to get 10 kills without being killed and to kill them fast I belive, then 20kills during a game.

naah that one is definitly not working, or it has some requirement not listed. I received dozens of "10 kill streek" pins and definitly over 20 kills IAR
You probably need a global of xxx kills thats not listed.

Thinks its misses a req. you get 50 points for it and its very easy to get.
