Well, do you have an entire library of mp3's that need albums or just a few that you wouldn't mind searching for by hand?
This site looks to be good for finding a few specific albums and getting decent size images.
For a large library of music that you wish to get album art for automatically I would suggest getting Album Art Aggregator.
Hopefully one of those will be what you are looking for...
Update: Apparently the Album Art Generator has been updated since I last used it, and will no longer make multiple queries to Amazon simultaneously as Amazon does not like that many requests, which means that you still have to manually search for album art individually. The program is still really sweet and simple though, so I stand by my recommendation.

and
you dont need an account to download the artwork, import your library, select all and click download album artwork
(this is on itunes 7.0 and greater)
