mitch212k: in need of a new gfx card - donations welcome; +2|6850

hey all

so i like to sometimes put video. clips together 2 make bf2 movies - and i have a skl project coming up which would require video editing.

so... simply ... which programs is better for video editing?

i mean features, ease of use etc.

i would choose vegas, because its easy to work with and it has a lot of good features, premier is nothing

Final Cut FTW.

This is a Apple Only software so if you do not have a Mac you can not use it. The Professional version is used by a lot of movie companies, Napoleon Dynamite was edited with this software. It also when editing with out programs, you "damage" the video, Final Cut does not do this.

Final Cut also cost a lot of money, so that a down fall of the program.

Also, I forgot to say that it takes some learning to use Final Cut. It was not created to be a end user application.

For my videos I use Windows Movie Maker... I think I'll acquire one of these.

If anyone has seen the Topgear BF2 Parody (hosted on BF2s), it sais they used Sony Vagas. From the intro, thats some pretty crazy shit.

Just get both and use a mixture.
