Mine was about a year ago at my best mates wedding, I was just so happy that for best mate (yes I was best man and I looked a tit.) Before that I can't remember a fair few years.

I'm crying right now. The courage and sentiment you displayed in that powerful post made me all blubbery.

Oh god, I promised myself I wouldn't do this anymore...

I have tears of happiness on occasion.  Not emo, just being true and real.

Have kids then you'll get the "tears of happiness" thing.

Real men cry biotches.

STFU, SPR is a great emotional movie, his 3 brothers died, and he's the last one left, I even cried in that film.

Last time I really cried was after the shock of hearing my best friend committed suicide last year.  I'm pretty sure that is an okay time for crying. I had smaller cries after that, my grandma died less than a week after him and there were some tears then.  Then some small tears at my grandma's funeral when I saw my dad had showed up (my parents are divorced).

I can't visit where my Mum lived (Reading).  She died last year after a battle with cancer.  I have other relatives who live close by to her and as odd as it may seem, as you reach the drive to her house you go over a slight speed bump.  Thankfully they understand why I can't go and visit them just yet.  I can feel and hear the speed bump even now but haven't the courage yet to go over it.  I cried then and I cried this year on Mothers day.  The next time I guess is Christmas Day.

The tears won't last too long as I have a young daughter who misses her Nan and dosen't understand death.  For her sake I don't grieve regardless of pain.  I don't let her see me upset, she is confused about it as it is.

Sorry to get all serious in a thread littered with humour.

To lighten things up, I cried when I went to see Bambi, not that the film was sad, the fucking cinema was full and they wouldn't let me in, the twats.

the night after i met my squishy pointy headed four month old niece for the first time, i tend to go through life in a very disconnected fashion due to one of the effects of my form of ADHD, it's like i'm watching everything through a TV and the people are just characters.  once in a while i'll have a revelation about a particular friend/family member, realizing how much i care about them, and it hits me like a logging truck

Also a Yorkshireman, and us lads dont cry!! its a scientific fact that Yorkshiremen have no tear ducts due to the cold weather!! ahem...(bs over)...my last time was when I was called up for service in Iraq, my daughter told me she loved me and i cried and cried for about half an hour. Amazing what them little people can do with simple words.

Light hearted aside..... I think Eric Cartman said it best when he said, and I quote, "You're a fucking faggot dude!"

On a more serious note, When we found out my wife has leukaemia, then I cried.

Thats the perfect time to "knock one off". It feels like she is actually there.
