YES ITS ONLY A GAME WHICH I LOOKED FORWARD TO AND HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT WITH BUT EA ARE TAKING THE PISS. ITS THE MASTER SERVER I LOSS CONNECTION TO EA GET IT SORTED

Maybe We All Should Type With Big Letters At Each Word That You Type. Seriously it's anoying to read the line if EVERY little word start with a big letter.

Also I get some DC now and then when I try to join a server but when I find a good server the game works pretty fine for me.

Here is a note to everyone...

If you idle for awhile in BFHQ it will sever your connection to the master server.
You will need to relog if this happens otherwise you will not have a rank status when you join a game.

Have you tried upgrading BF2142's punkbuster client manually (-->click) ? Worked perfectly for me... No connection loss since then.

After i bought more RAM I got rid of that problem. Used to have 512MB, now I have 2560MB

Yup I've got the same problem. Considering EA's poor track record with patching BF games you'll be living with this one for awhile. Just reconnect and keep playing.
