i like AF, just never find any good games, plus i never get a chance to fly the little bird, and people say it rocks , poe2 rocks, but that aint a expansion, just a mod. my fav is still SF. SF+Warlord+G3 rocks

SF all the way! AF and EF were a waste of money so wont be bothering paying 30 odd quid for 2142.

I think a good expansion would be Operation Middle East or something, with the USMC, EU, attacking the MEC in key eastern cities, Baghdad etc

Played the 2142 demo and yes sir you are right, its awesome. Dont think I want to go through the same process with all the patches and unlocks again though with it, was bad enough with bf2. Thank you for your reply though.
Eh, I'd have to say Euro Forces. Namely because of Great Wall, which is a hell of a lot better than Warlord, which everyone seems to act like they have seen the light or have reached a greater conscience when playing it compared to Karkand. No, it's ok, but it's the Karkand of SF and that makes it bad in it's own rights. Enough about SF.
EF = Love the European Union, not so much the vehicles. Great stock weapons, usually pick up a EU kit after killing someone. Smoke Screen is an ok map for jets and helis, but mobile AA makes it suck and being on the ground is boring and not really rewarding. Taraba... good for sniping and jets, nothing else. I guess Euro Forces is the ass end of Battlefield 2, but it ain't that bad.

EF isnt too bad tbh, great wall is good for cqb skirmish, and sniping. Not that many people play it though, so it has gone to the dogs. SF does pwn though, you are right there.docnutz wrote:

I prefer POE2 to any other official one. But, technically, it could be called an 'add-on' as it does 'add' to existing content. Fine then, it changes it all, but even so, POE2 is the best, then SF.
I really don't enjoy POE that much, TV missle APC's were the only thing I enjoyed. I really don't get the infantry combat. I can go prone, wait for ages, carefuly line up a shot, and still have so much devation that I miss.
SF is great, the Warlord Palace was my home throughout 1.3.
AF is OK, I don't like the way that the USA get such a good jet, that every map has AA vehicles, and that a half-decent chopper crew can competely obliterate any tanks on the map, making the whole 'armored' bit obsolete.

Although i really enjoy my EF (check my fav map...), SF is the best since it has more content and is played by more people. But only just, EF is a close 2nd. If EF had a few issues tweaked and more servers...it would be the best.
