Now and then I get a ringing noice telling me that I can get an upgrade. Which i understand. But how do you unlock weapons? I have like 1600 Global points, so I should have got an unlock by now.. Do you have to save like three or four upgrades until you can choose a weapon? Please let me know!
no its just messed up
when u rank up you can choose ur unlocks in the main menu (it will popup), and with ur score u should have got a couple of unlocks allready

Try going to the BFHQ. If this doesnt work your stuffed, sorry mate.
Well I can unlock gadets and stuff like that, but i never get the option of unlocking a weapon.. How did it work for you guys?
