BF2S Forums PK punish for mine and Claymore

Dont get me wrong..Im not against punishing.... its just the when and why...
Especially on servers that kick/ban you for like 3-4 pk in a game.. I got kicked the other day because my teammates were touching my claymores... (is it just me..or do the claymores seem to detonate from a wider range now after 1.4 patch??/  I recon the range should be less for your own teammates...but then thats not realistic...but then again..when team damage off and you drive a tank over your own mine....thats not realistic either :p)

And I see what u mean by punish... its just that I like to think of Karma ingame too.... What goes around comes around.... I have been forgiven for kills where i should have been punished...(like unloading a clip into a teammate when he runs into building room... and not noticing the blue tag untill too late).

Darn tried to give you karma in return..but i dont have enuff posts.... how many posts before I can share the lurve?

Hey, sometimes you don't know IFF is on or off; it's not like the game tells you or anything and it may be your first time on the server. Once you know whether clays kill friendlies on that server then you can try to avoid them, but sometimes you just can't avoid it... Warlord for example, spawn at the TV station and get killed by one of the two claymores some guy put down to cover the entire of the flag room.

Fine, the first time it happens he might not have known clays are set off by friendlies, right? But let's see anyone not punish if the same twat kills you repeatedly in the one round with claymores on the stairs of the TV station, covering the foot of the stairs at Insurgent Hideout, on the front walk of the mosque and a couple more times lower down in the TV station just for good measure.

Yeah, getting punished for that is annoying as hell. Surely everyone knows the brakes don't wor... hang on a second, there aren't any brakes!

Mate, some people do this deliberately. Where have you been? There's a whole "if I can't have the jet I'll punish the guy who has" subculture... you can have five or six guys lying down in front of the J-10 on Wake who weren't fast/lucky enough to get into the pilot's seat. That's assuming someone didn't M95 your melon to get you outta it in the first place.
