2142 Veteran name

So i bought 2142 today and tryed to sign in with my veteran account. I clicked retrieve details then entered my veteran name and then clicked retrieve password it sayed No account found with the specified name so i entered my e-mail then it sayed Too many account name recoveries please contact ea support to resolve the issiue. WTF i do now?? I cant sign up to veterans program again because i allready used my bf2 account and the name i wanted in 2142. How can i get my veteran name??

It should be automatically there when you login first time. Did you use it in the demo?

u musnt of signed in with the EA account that u used when u signed up for the vets program

I used 2 different account i buyed 2142 with my new ea account and i used my old one in veterans program. I used that name in demo but it was soliders name not master account.

Well then you can't get it 'cos you made new account, you should have used the one you reserved it with

Well you can try to make a new bf2 account and then reserve it's name with your new EA account. You don't get the name you wanted, but at least you get the promotion and the little 2 in front of your name

Well iw played the game about 4 hours now it great my new account name is Madiz-H didnt know what name to put. I got over 700 points Recon class rocks headshot after headshot.
