Canadianloser - if you want to lose what fat you've got and build muscle there's only one way to do it (you can even eat just about anything you want whilst doing it) and that's called
exercise - seriously, go to a gym, do some weights - even just doing sit-ups, press-ups and 1lb-sugar-bag lifts will all build muscle (of course, a good diet plan, with plenty of protien (eggs, red meat, protein shakes, etc) on top that will help).
Exercise builds muscle, not diet.
(you'd all laugh at me giving muscle-building advice, if you could see me (I have as little muscle-mass as I have fat...))
