just got a G15 keyboard along with G5 mouse used the disc they came with and installed em both. the keyboard and mouse both light up but they donot work. mouse wont move and the keyboard wont type anyone know how to fix this please? thanks in advance
Make sure your USB controller is enabled in the BIOS, and if your BIOS has options for USB keyboard and/or mouse support, that those option(s) are also enabled. Also, whenever I plug in new USB mice/keyboards for the first time they usually take several minutes for the basic USB HID device drivers to be loaded by Windows.
Ensure that you are using usb and not any adapters also, since they are usb only and won't work with ps2 (@least thats true with g5).
