NO! I love smoking. They've taken it from my favorite restaraunts and bars. If you go to a bar, you should expect the bar atmosphere. Which completely and 100%, involves cigarrette smoke. And if I'm outside, you can piss off, screw that 25 feet from a door or window BS. The scent of a cigarrete does not cause cancer.
