Every time i go in game i spend around 5-10 Min's in game then it crashes to desktop with no error message

thats life bud, everybody crashes, you probably crash a lot because you have a bad system (assuming you do) or because bf2142 was built on 1.3

Also take a tempature reading from your card and CPU and post them here. Try using Speedfan if your mobo didn't come with software.
