This is not a hardware prolb.

after the loading screen. i cannot press or move my mouse any commands or anything but everything else works. the game is not frozen

Prolb Fixed. Theres a glich that it resets ur controls and all u gotta do it hit reset to default

Yeah that happened to me once in bf2. Just reset controls to default.

i think BadHQ made a huge post on this, if its even still there but.
i had this same problem i think, you need to go to the controls and Reset them to default like everyone said.
