BF2S Forums Need Help: Kubra Dam Stunt

Ive seen it done with a helo, but never seen a jet go through. Not sure which side is which, but coming in from the back of the dam was the way i saw it done, i was in the APC thats in there by the pole and sat there with the "wholy shit" expression on my face and let him fly right through without taking a single shot at him. lol, he deserved to live after that stunt.

Helo is piss easy *agreed*. Slightly harder with a blackhawk/MEC Transport Chopper, the MEC attack helo's bulk makes it slightly harder, but its all around very very easy with a chopper.

I need help with getting a jet through! I just KNOW it can be done. Until I try 1 million times pissing off the entire game + screwing my K/D ratio.

Yeah, the flag's a bitch to get past. You go in horizontal -, you have to twist to vertical |, THEN have to go past the flag

Tried that really, but I need an 'S' twist to duck the flagpole and a block. Gah.

That's not too bad, there's only a little clearance under that bridge. Time to upgrade to the tunnel in kubra. Upside down or corkscrew Now you've to watch your sides as well as your top.

Whats the use of flying through that hole? As if pilots wont fly above to shoot u down:P The risk of crashing through that hole is 80.9999% if u are a first timer:P

I've done it here is the trick.

From the MEC airfield side of dam. Go at about 30 degree angle into entrnce coming from right to left of tunnels. Plane out in tunnel use normal turn left while rolling slight right (this for clearing wings in tunnel) then come out and pull up.

From valley side. (hard to do.) when your coming in you should see two little boxes with rebar sticking out you should be about level between those and the ground outside the ramp of the entrnece. Pull up at about a 20 degree angle while comeing again from right to left. When in side turn left and roll slightly left too. Then once your past the flag quickly piull up, turn right, level out and make sure your angle is high enough to clear blue dumpster, but not steep enough to hit ceiling. It's hard but possible.

yeah goin through the tunnel will free you of most pilots, even goin through the gap at the helipad at the top bit of the damn confuses most pilots

so i am able togo through the lower flag area but i have no idea how to describe it to you. but i would never use it during a game since theres isnt really room for any errors at all. in the tunnel theres at least some room especially when your on the right height.
ok here some more pointers:
1. the angle of approach is very important since theres not much room to steer inside that gap.
2. left wing tiltes up and the right wing goes right through the lower corner of the ramp if i remember correctly.
3. dont be to fast since you have to tilt clockwise after entering the gap to get past the flag pole.

apart from that its a matter of try and error. anyway i think i have to try it towards the MEC base since so far i only made it coming from the MEC base.

It's blankwindow (no i'm not annoyed or anything everyone makes the mistake because the ns blend in unforuantly due to a optical illusion effect of the brain and most people only glancing.)

anyway no it wasn't you. I know the guy in person who did it. At the time he was actually about 10 feet from me in the other room and had been tired to shoot me down for a while. I finally got tired of doding, rolling, ect and decided for a work or die route of the tunnel. What i plan on trying next is seeing if i can make it thru the drainage tunnels at the bottom in a jet. I have enever tired not sure if they are wide enough and if they are if it's possible to maneuar in and out on both sides.

just watch my 2 stunt vids cause i did this there. in the first i only flew through the tunnel next to the damn and in the 2nd i went through both i clipped the wall a bit as you will see i never tried it during online play but thats mostly cause i tend to line up pretty early wich gives my opponent to much time to aim so i prefer to outfly them in open field
at least i think those are the tunnels you were speaking of but i cant think of others on kubra.

going through the lower flag is all about perfect timing, other than that its easy. i can do it consistently. through the hangar at Dalian Plant? what u mean? the big ass red thing? i can hit that at every angle
