So I just got 2142, and can't figure out how the hell to get the squad bonus unlocks in game. I can do normal unlocks, but I was in a game and I saw I had 4 squad unlocks but couldn't figure out how to get them. Any help would be appreciated.

in the select kit screen, above the map, there is a icon flashing, click that
