Ok I downloaded 2142, everything went fine. Now when i click on the application a window comes up and says:

Missing file; d3dx9_29.dll not found. Try re-installing to fix this problem.

I have re-installed twice and same problem. I got the download from here. I do not know what went wrong.

You need to update DX9, check our the Microsoft site.

Download the missing file and put in the right folder:
