1. how to kill a jet that repeatedly does circles.both of us could not lock on each other properly. once you stop doing circles of chasing him, he probably became your tail.

2.how to evade missiles when i am in a MIG29 or bombers.
while in a MIG, sometimes i got locked on by an enemy jet in a long range and he fired 4-6 missiles, maybe i can evade 2-3 without flares and got  hit by the left ones. Also i see all those 3 kind of bombers evade all my 6 missiles easily, it's so hard for me to evade one in the F-15

BTW. cutting throttle to 75% and then burn away in a f35b seems to be the only way to trick the J10. can anyone teach me a little more detail about that? i always got hit when doing this.

in my chinese bf2 forum, no one discusses about skills
please excuse my poor english..thanks

I Can help you with the first question, Try a move called the YoYo this requires you diving up and then down.  Ill get the link to Sarge 1.4 guide he has a better explanation then me.

Sarge's guide

Believe me, you're way ahead of us noobs.  I have trouble even flying in a straight line most of the time.

OK, maybe that was a little of an exaggeration.

Maybe even a big one.  Nevertheless, you're ahead.

A Split S is always a good maneuver when your being chased, You pull back, and only do the first half of the loop, then roll over right side up in the top.  From there you can circle again to try to pick him up.

Another evasive maneuver I use, is start into a climb circleing one way, and about halfway into your climb, change your circle the other way with After burner.  Usually your oponent will over commit to your first turn.  You can then circle in behind him.

I am going to turn into Mr Miyagi here on you (best way to block puch, is no be there)  The best way to avoid missles is to prevent the lock in the first place.  If you get a lock, start climbing and turning.  Make use of your rudder control to make your turns tighter.  Keep circling, but vary between climb and dive in your turn this with the rudder and afterburner will make your turn very tight, and the missles will have trouble hitting you.  It's not 100%, but it helps a lot.

Just a few tips that I use, and they serve me well.

F-15<F35<all other jets

remember, don't activate afterburners immediately after you drop flares or they don't work (or they do, but nowhere near as well)

MIG is a very good fighter jet, however i think it has a crappy rudder, so its very difficult to get used to, i remember i used to hate MIG 29, but now i really like it.  Just play on 32 person gulf of Oman servers and you'll get the hang of it

all of us has experienced the noob period and compared to those who has 300+ hours in a jet,iam still a noob,i only have 90+ hours.

nice experience Shadovve .
yes mig is a good fighter,it's not hard to gun down a f18..what is hard for me is to evade too many missiles in one time.maybe it's true to keep my eyes open and check my rear view frequently, let no one lock on me easily.

1. if ur both in circles and ur being chased, either do a tighter circles or pull upwards while doing a circle, and start trying to lose him in a higher altitude.

2. dont get jets on ur tail in the first place for a start. fly f35, or bombers at 500+ altitude before and after each run. this way u will be locked onto much less. also, when being cased fly in a backwards view so u can roll to dodge missiles etc. hit flares after u turn up so that they actually work.
also, i dont find cutting the engine to be a good tactic. i always have the speed up and afterburners going when i can, as u can survive much longer. even in f35, get to 700 altitude where you can still control the jet and actually outrun the j-10. if u know your screwed if theres a good pilot in a j10 on u, bail out.

3. Practice!

if u mean vertical looping and its a j10 or f18, then u may not be able to get your missiles to lock. u have to use guns instead. It should be easy to land missiles on an f35 no matter what it is doing tho.

because i always make stupid mistakes...like ramming the ground,sea,trees,helos...even parachutes,UAVs,other jets..especially when im flying in rear view. i've killed by such ramming nearly 600 times.
people call such kind of pilot ramming noob..so ...

If hes doing a hard bank, you have to lead the target, aim a few feet infront of the jet and that should make it easier for your missles to lock on.

Just pull up, look in third person. usually they will stop the turn and try pulling up with you. Keep doing twists and turns until you get back on him, and then kill him. If hes in the circle ur just going to waste your missiles.

yes, both of us are doing hard banks, i can't see him from cockpit view, but from fly by view, i know he and i are in the same situation.that's very boring. if you get out of that circle first..then you might get a tail,it's too bad to have been locked on from a long range when im in a mig29. i think i should train my YoYo skills rather than finding a better way to escape.

When on Wake in the F35, I generally just fly around at 300m and dip a bit lower out of the fog to look for a target.  After bombing I use afterburners and a few quick turns to get high and reload at the carrier.

scenario 1: you're chasing a jet and it's flying in circles constantly.

If your jet is more maneauvreable, keep chasing him as you will catch up eventually.
If your jet is slower or you can't be bothered to wait do a loop on the opposite axis. For example, a MiG-29 is constantly looping upwards and you can't keep up in your F-18. So, do a loop horizontally and time it right (maybe make the loop wider or slow down) so you get right on its tail.

scenario 2: You're getting shot down in a MiG

A MiG is more second most maneauvreable jet in the game. Any other jet it fights is slower. The trick to surviving is to not get locked on to. I follow simple steps in a MiG:

1: look at situation: Is there an enemy jet up or not?
2: if there is or there might be do nothing but hunt it. Always keep turning, use every camera you have, and stay high. Do not go after choppers or ground targets
3: After killing all enemy jets, get repairs/ammo
4: kill ground targetse
5: Go after jet again. Jets respawn every 50 seconds.

You simply have to stay vigilant: an F-18 can never keep up with you if you keep turning.

i think i learned a lot from your reply SargeV1.4

2: if there is or there might be do nothing but hunt it. Always keep turning, use every camera you have, and stay high. Do not go after choppers or ground targets

i always stop hunting the enemy jets if they escaped from my view, and begin my bomb run which will bring me points more effectively.the fact is that i need more practice in shooting enemy jets down which takes me a lot of time now.

p.s  glad to receive karma...but it says You do not yet have enough posts to karma others. haha,I'll give them back to you all soon.

ok i know that jets respawn in 50secs (lol for using this when raping j10s spawnpoint),
but the f35 seems to take longer. does anyone know what time it takes? (on wake island)

Yep just enough time for me to go get some bombs before i bomb those j-10 whoring fuckers to hell.
You have to learn the rules of the game and then you have to play better than anyone else.

my advice vs. the J-10 is to not fly at all.
