K, I used that Veteran thingy-ma-doober, and all you get is a reserved name, rank up, and a taunt (which I'd never use)

I picked Caliber_1414, but I hate it, and I just thought of a new name just now.

When I get 2142, should I just screw the Caliber_1414 account and make a new one? The rank up and taunt isn't really wroth it anyways, right?

Taunt was taked out and its really easy to get a rank. I do like the 2 beside the name though

Anyways, yeah the taunt is retarded, and the rank is only 40 points. Easy peasy.

And I can't make another Vet account, you can only register one name with one account.
Even so, if I could make another vet account, the maximum amount of letters is 14, but the name I want has 15 letters.

So it's better off just to make it in game, where you can have almost as many letters you want.

Every soldier you make with the ---> EA <--- accaunt you used to register you veteran status, will get the veteran status. You could only "reserve" one name but you can make as much soldiers as you like (using the same accaunt) and they will all get 40 points and the "2".

There has been ALOT of confusion about this.
Basicly you have an EA accaunt that you use when you log in to BF2. Some people have more than one so they scrued things up. If you have only one than you used that one to get your veteran status.
You were asked for the:
"EA ACCOUNT NAME",
"EA PASSWORD",
"BF2 SOLDIER NAME"
"NAME YOU WANT FOR 2142"
(as I remember)

So when you start BF2142 for the first time use the "EA ACCOUNT" and "EA PASSWORD" and log in.
Then you will already have a soldier created called "Caliber_1414". If you dont like it you can create another soldier "zeidmaanistheMAAN" and he will get the vet status too. Only difference is that name might be taken (doubt it).

EDIT: It was a while back so I hope someone can confirm this

So I start up 2142 for the first time, and type in my EA Account, which is the username you selected when you signed up with EA, correct? Not the name you selected for 2142.

Then you type in your EA Password that goes along with your EA Account name, and it'll log me in as Caliber_1414. So if I don't like it, I can change the username and still have vet staus, correct? Or Do I just make a new soldier?
