Since the NetBat system is useful in tracking enemies flanking or hiding, what exactly puts that red diamond on them?  If you have to actually use the spotted command from the commo rose thing, how useful is this since most, if not all, will start blasting away with whatever weapon they have in hand when they turn the corner and are staring at enemy soldiers.  If actively engaging an enemy with your weapon automatically "diamonds" the enemy, then all is good.  If not....then who actually spends the extra second or two spotting before shooting?

When commanders spot enemies from their screen, does this "diamond" the enemy?
Does the second tier squad leader recon drone accomplish this?

Any help will be appreciated.

UAV drones, Pulse Meter, Spotting by SQUAD MATE (Not just everyone).

To sum it up, it has to be someone in your squad.

Its a great feature for a squad. Using the squad leader radar thing.... its great. Enemy troops dont stand a chance.
