Ok i formatted today as i had a virus from some pron,

Now you may have read my thread about not being able to download nvidia drivers, bt if not nevermind.

Now i was just watching lost, and once the ep finished i went back to desktop and as soon as i go to type in a web address, the internet closes down, and AOl recconects, not only is this very very anoying, but if when i play bf2, it might stop me from playing. What the actual fock is wrong with my computer, everytime i try downloading nvidia drivers, it stops at around 14%-30% (using firefox) and when using AOL it downloads fine but when i go to install i get errors.

Does anyone think i have any virus's?

I mean i put onto dvd about 5 ep's of lost and some other files and stuff. And installed them on my computer after format. I cant have a virus already... someone help

Reformatting has nothing to do with the hardware, unless your drive if flawed.

1. Run a virus scan, then check for spyware with Spybot and Ad-Aware.
2. Clean up your registry with CCleaner.
3. Run Defrag on all partitions on your hard drives.
4. Attempt to download the stuff you were trying to again. If that fails, run a Windows installation and select "fix current installation."
5. If all else fails, format...but you'd better have your OS's CD and its serial.
6. Stop downloading fucking pr0n on your grandma's net connection, asshat.

Virus's cannot, i repeat not, infect hardware. If your really worried just go buy a new hardrive, problem solved.

I guess viruses can't "infect" hardware, but they sure can destroy it.

Get a 98 boot-disk and run fdisk on your computer.
