Well, besides moving titans (Which doesn't seem to bother me THAT much), commanders should stay OFF the vehicles.

Personally, if I see my commander in vehicles, I will politely ask him, using both VOIP AND Chat screen, to get off the vehicle and let the soldiers take it instead. If the commander doesn't listen, I start using aggressive words, try to avoid punk buster kicks in some filtered servers. If even this doesn't work, then its time for EMP grenade and APC EMP time.
