I've had quite a lot recently, probably more connection Loses than CTD's. But there's also one more problem; I can join all the servers apart from the EA TW and EA SG servers. Any one know why?

But my main problem the connection losses and CTD's, which are very annoying. Even when I lose connection, I am still able to update my server list and talk on MSN (so its not my internet). Screen shots in a while.

Maybe turn firewall and MSN and especially download programs off.
If that soesn't work, reinstall BF2142... fixes most things.

CTDS are common on bf2 and 2142, try restarting your router/connection , and closing any large background problems. Also leaving your connection unplugged to cool for a while might help as if you have had used it alot it may become unstable.

Also try disabling firewall/virus protection as nessie said.

Just to tell you when you get connection lost it often result that the server crashed, played with friends and almost everytime i gotten it, it crash.

^ Yes thats what I have found... but I've also had 2 CTDs when spawning, BF2 1.3 style

Yes i also have the same problems like you.I had like 3 CTD's in the past week and more then 4 times losing my connection the same way like you said.Msn and Xfire is still on its like losing connection for 1 sec that the server drops me out for losing connection.Its like a quick reconnecting or wtf.
Im also anoyed like you guys...its like someone installed 1.3 on my pc again..

And on the otehr hand its a joke that i bought a product whats not working.EA should not tell us about "support us with buying our games" yes i got bf2,sf,ef,af but u know what ? It was like wasting money...

CTD's occur when Bf2142/bf2 finds an error that it cannot immediately fix. it is its first line defense against major error. This most commonly happens when A. server "join" button appears but not all of the data is loaded. or some other reason. Low Ram can be a MAJOR problem with CTDS and can induce them!
