Berlin/gibrilator is karkand.
Sidi powerplant is Gulf of oman.
Also minsk is very one sided and i try to avoid that map....

Fall of Berlin has some of the most intense combat I've seen on any of the Battlefield 2142 maps, next to perhaps Camp Gibraltar; however, it's the one that feels like a Karkand-esque map, except not as cramped. It's still my favorite.

Fall of Berlin. Urban map with one mech and one apc replacing the one tank and two apcs of karkand.

Gabrilator....its very similar to karkand, with the flags being in a line and all.

All the conquest maps follow a similar format (but they are different enough to be good) - basically a single axis of attack. Like karkand.
But also none of them are a quater as easily ripped apart by artillery or armor as Karkand, so none.

What are you guys talking about a single axis in Karkand? Karkand is split down the middle and there are four flags east of the river you have to cap as well. Do you not play the 64 player version?
