No Sound ingame 2142

When I play 2142 my sound dissapears, I can listen to music and the movies when the game starts have sound, but when joining a server it's gone...
In the audio settings the only thing I can do is changing the volume and that stuff....

Any ideas..?

What does EasyInfo say? ->Start->All Programs-> Electronic Arts ->Battlefield 2142->EasyInfo

I had no sound at all, but then I discovered my bro had removed the speaker plug from the back of the tower...
