BF2S Forums special forces ribbons

i have noticed that the some of the special forces ribbons (flash bangs, grappling hook, zip line) only have the basic ribbon information on them and not vet or expert information and when u click on the ribbon it shows you have to throw 10 of what ever butit has no information about the veteran ribbon
Another thing is that the special forces badges say you have to complete 5 hours on each side and i have completed over 10 hours on 2 badges but have not recieved the badge what is happening about that?
