Here's an idea - let the idea get his pointless one run in. Too often we don't realize that everyone who is playing this game has put in there 50 or 80 dollars, and therefore everyone deserves a crack at the vehicles, no matter what there skill level. For him to TK you out of the AH isn't right, but how long had you been using it? My guess is quite some time, because people usually don't shoot you out of it straight away. It's frustrating, yes, but you have a complete fallacy of logic in your entire argument.
You said his ride was pointless because he crashed into the sea or whatnot. And this pissed you off because a) you got tked and b) it didn't help the team, whereas you were content to sit in a tank (which is a waste of your teams assets) and wait for the chopper to spawn again so you could TK the guys who took it in the first place, effectively wasting more of your own assets?
Don't help the enemy win - if you don't get a vehicle right away or if you get TKed for it, either wait for it to respawn or suck it up and be a foot soldier for a while.
