It's not because they don't mention this, that they won't fix it..
Personally; I don't care that people are getting points for resupplying the titan guns..
But the Troop Transporter Pin REALLY needs to get debugged, because 1000+ points IAR is just ridiculous!
I agree that they should leave the Support class like it is.. And I don't understand either why they'd want to change the Assault rifles, those things already are 2 of the best guns there are in BF2142.. About 60% of my deaths are because of these guns..

Let's screw EA over like they have done to us for several years.

How is using the exploit/glitch screwing EA? The only ones it really screws are the people on your team who are trying to play the game the way it was intended, getting mown down because the teams are lopsided due to your team having two people or more padding, not playing.

It could be said it's also screwing yourself because you're going to lose those points (and the rest) when you get reset, so the only thing you're getting out of it is short-term happiness (does pressing F2 F3 F4 F5 repeatedly give you happiness?).

i pressed those buttons last night made me smile!

only trouble is i aint a high rank and we tried it to see what all the fuss was about, fuck me thats alot points gained for 3 seconds work!

but on topic, all in all i am glad dice are sending us these updates and patches and keeping us informed its a step in the right direction from dice which is always nice!

I still struggle to understand how this is padding. The person in the pilot's seat who is benefitting from the glitch isn't actually doing anything, and the person actually exploiting the glitch doesn't gain any reward from it.

I just don't get it.

i think thats very true its not padding, its just really shit coding by dice, hell all of us would have gone for that pin some time and its not the pilot fault when he/she flys over the titan and shouts bail out it only takes one person inside the transport to swap seats and the pilot has got points for nothing.

I think the bottom line is, point proven by looking at the top100 players or so, is this game is dominated by point whores. I play for the teamwork...and pwning the enemy, nuff said. The point system is just an added bonus, although I love those shiny unlocks. Pilum, you're mine next.
