I bought bf2142 the day after it came out thinking, maybe i can get a hi rank quickly.

However now i am probly the highest ranked non stat padder in the game, right now the first place player has a best round score of 3000+ IAR

I hope ea fixes this soon because any retarted baby can figure this one out. and they need to reset anyone that has more than 600 points per one round.

So if you didnt buy 2142 im inclined to say, you not missing much.

well i think that its not so bad! Look at it. Rank up high "ENOUGH" notice the "" hehe! to get stuff for other badges and pins and then when ur high "enough" then they make u work for the other ranks. Its easy to see who the padders/no lifes are! High rankers!

So because someone decides to hop on Teamspeak and spend a few hours with friends playing an online game instead of going out, getting drunk till yet another 10k braincells die does mean he has no life?

Oh hell no my friend. Someone who does that isnt a no life high ranker. A no life high ranker is someone who spends at least a menimum of 8 hours a day on 2142. Those are no lifes. A few hours like for say 3 to 4 hours isnt a no life player. And im not looking down on any players. Whether ur a padder average joe or no life doesnt matter all that matters is that the player is having fun.

omg man only thing that padders can take away from you is Gold/Silver/Bronze medall thats it.
They can take the FUN out of playing cos you will never notice them. THey are 400m up in the air....
Unless.... hmmm..... important...... leaderbourd only.....

The game really isn't fun when your team keeps losing because it's 2-4 people short because of stat padders off to the side somewhere. 2-4 people can make a big difference.

Leaving the server isn't a solution either. Chances are it'll be the same thing in the next server too.

What I don't get is why do it? People will probably respond "because it's in the game" or "because we can"

You buy a car and chances are it's top speed is way over the speed limit, but you don't speed. Why? What's the difference? You can go over the speed limit, but you don't.

You make a game and lets see if it requires patching.

one solution is dont play on EA DE, EA US, EA UK, EA AU, EA AT etc servers that have no admins.
Play on a friendy clan server that has tons of admins and there wont be padders. And dont say "OMGZ ALL CLANZ PADDZ ON THEIR SERVERZ".
If your in Europe I recommend, for example, BLITZ Pathfinder. No padders there.
Yeas there are bunch of clan servers that will kick you for knifing them etc but just look around and find a good one. And than play on thet server. Its ALOT more fun than random different servers every time.

I mean, dont get me wrong BF2142 has !!!ALOT!!! of problems. But saying that its not worth it just because of few padders is just taking the popular bf2142 bashing too far.

How about a fucking fix for stats being recorded half of the time. I just got done playing for 2 hours and all of the shit I got just vanished , like a shitty magical act.

I have not looked at my stats once save my dogtag count and awards. I just don't care anymore really and I can tell you I'm realy enjoying the game a lot more. It's anoying when a server crashes or points arn't recorded 'cause you don't get unlocks as fast and whatever, but playing for the un of the gae is great. It's still frustrating though when Stryyker pops by for one minute to steal your dogtag and rush of again.
