i got 2142 a couple off days ago, and to be honest its like ive got to try and walk again:(

i just cant get the hang off it.

did anyone else feel like this when they first got it........?

thinking of binning it already LOL

No. First game i got a 2:1 KD:R and promoted. Next game i got promoted twice. In otherwords- i was just as lethal at 2142 as i was in BF2.

It may be due to the unfreezing process. After being cryogenically frozen for over a hundred years it take some time to get back on your feet, so to say

Do you also have a problem with controlling the volume of your voice? Because I've encountered a lot of really load people in squads....

I dunno know about you, I got into the BF2 crowd late in the game (several months), and sucked hard-core for a while. The J-10 ripped me a new one every time the pilot even glanced at me, and the tanks just rolled over my corpse every time. But when I picked up 2142 right off the bat, I found myself continuously pwning the majority of the time; multi-kills with nades/rockets, one-shotting tanks, pretty much being a pain in the ass to half the enemy team. About 40%-ish percent of the time I'm earning bronze, silver and gold medals, or having a really good score, which I suppose is an added bonus to having fun, lol. I'll never go back to BF2 until I'm convinced they've fixed all the glitches/super-powered weapons that I hate (G36E, grr...)

The only difference between the two games is that you dont need to crouch to make your gun accurate. I've recently got used to crouching, and in my opinion, its better.
For one its quicker to shoot when you see the enemy and two, in some cases it can be more accurate!
