Hey

Going to upgrade my laptop (Pentium 4 M 1.7GHz, 256MB RAM, Intergrated Graphics 15" Screen) this christmas and wondered if you could help.

My budget is £1,000. Though at a push (if its REALLY worth it) i could got to £1,000 + VAT.

Generally looking for 17" Screen (Preferably widescreen).
Semi-decent GFX card (to be able to run BF2).
1GB RAM
Core 2 Duo.
Free upgrade to Vista Home Premium.

Have seen this http://www.meshcomputers.com/Default.as … KEY=124966
and it ticks most of the boxes.

What do you think?

Are Mesh any good?

Any others youve seen you can reccomend?

PS There is no way in hell im gona build my own laptop!

Thanks (+1 for helpful replies)
