A rebel fighting agains a foreign army in his country... Could have already lost his family and home because of the invaders...

I think he has a very good reason to fight.

So.. as an outsider to the conflict can I react negatively to both American and Iraqi soldiers getting killed?

I think playing BF2 has skewed the OP:s perspective on things.

_{Now cool things with weapons are: slo-mo-vids, hunting, target pratice, fuckups with weapon hadling, insane rate of fire etc. Although, the ultimate use for weapons is to kill people (which sucks serious ass), there is something about them that appeals to us all. Any videos of people getting killed by these weapons, however are not funny, cool etc. If it is in a movie, we can say "wow", and dig the scene to extremes. Real life though, it ain't that kind of a party. Hell, it's not a party at all!}

First few shots are from the LAV. First explosion is the tank shooting at the building, why I don't know. Last explosion, kill shot, was either a Javelin or Mortar. imo.
According to the title, it isn't a mortar. GMLRS is Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System.
