which is better SCAR-L or G36C?
I have some unlocks coming and im trying to decide what to get, so if you could post some things to help me decide that would be great.

g36 is far superior to the scar, in my opinion. while it doesnt have the red dot scope thats the scar-l has, it is still much more accurate in single fire and sustained full auto fire, which by the way the scar is terrible with. i find that the US's M4 is better than the scar, while the g36 is better than the M4. the scar does slightly more damage, while i believe the g36 fires slightly faster. if you want specifics, check out both the guns here http://wiki.bf2s.com/weapons/unlocks/g36c and here http://wiki.bf2s.com/weapons/unlocks/scar-l

I think that just the lack of how much i use the scar I know the difference. The g36c is the first unlock i got and I have one as an airsoft.

G36C is probably the best carbine next to the PLA standard-issue, in terms of bullet deviation and recoil. It dominates at long range (giving you a chance against snipers at medium to long range potentially) and is easily controllable...very low recoil, very good for close-range spray fights too. This is your gun of choice if you want to be sneaky too, the sound the gun makes is often very hard to hear since it has low pitch, compared to the others.

scar-l amazing at close and almost effective as aks74 and plus it's quite accurate firing full auto, but too great at long range
but g36c is better at burst and smiauto, has a faster speed

i don't like either, but when i played specops alot i preferred scar. For some reason i shift back and forth, and the stage i'm in right now i can't kill anything for crap with either gun. I'd much prefer an assault rifle, except to the AK74

The only unlocks that really make a difference are the m95, g36e and either one of the AT unlocks. All the others are just something different.

g36 man, i use it every once in awhile when i wanna destroy the enemies arty n stuff, its way better than the scar, the scar is so uncontrollable and in-accurate, the g36 anyways is highly accurate and very controllable

G36C is very accurate but totally weak. Maybe it could be effective in the hands of a highly skilled player, but I think it basically sucks (I'm not a highly skilled player). Scar-L is more powerful but not so accurate from any kind of distance. I think it also sucks. I wouldn't waste an unlock on either one. My 2 cents.

Although I think you've already made up your mind about the unlocks...

I'm not a friend of those red-dot scopes anyway, so I prefer the G36C to the SCAR. The difference in accuracy may not be as high as some people are telling here, but they are indeed noticeable.
Without a doubt you're even able to take down a sniper at medium range, even after you've been shot. Prone and give him two decent bullets (at least one of them) into his head - the G36C does that job for you almost every time.

G36C is the bomb although the scar-l seems to have a more a greater killing range on single shot. It does have higher power but you have to fire at a slower rate in order to hit anything.
