Anyone else think that the in game scroller (where the kill/sever rules are scrolled) is too small? 3 lines is really not enough (especially in bigger/titan severs). Does anyone know if there's a way to make more lines visible on screen or something.
No it isn't too small..
If it were any larger, it would probably taking away too much of your view..
If you'd like to see more text, you can always press ²
But of course you can't keep that open if you're playing, I only use it for reviewing when I missed to read something that I wanted to know ( for example who killed me when I was all alone in that Titan corridor and with what? - just an example )

server rules are usually displayed wen ur joining the server anyway, and as you say its a "scroller" so if there isn't enough room for all the rules it will scroll.
In Bf2 there were something like 5 lines. Not all rules are displayed when joining the server, and sometimes all it says is "read the rules in the scroller." Plus in titan mode the top lines are often blocked by the titan status icons.
I too use the ~ key to review stuff, but by the time I get to a safe place/die to be able to review the log using ~ it's often too late. The text is gone (I haven't found a way to scroll through the console).
An extra two lines would mean that important information lasts longer on the screen, giving you more time to finish reading it before it gets lost in the spam of people killing themselves trying to ram a walker with a transport or some support whore racking up kills with his sentry gun.
