I know it's fun learning new stuff like how to run a forum, but honestly I don't think anyone is going to be interested in a stock php forum that you didn't do anything to make and doesn't have any features when there are tons of stats sites on the internet that have interesting content as well as a forum. Why not try your hand at making something different? I'm honestly not trying to be rude, but I don't think there's anything interesting about your forum. You should try to make something different and then people will be interested in it.
